You know you're in Oklahoma if...

I feel like a true Oklahoman now. I went into a gas station the other day, and discovered that they not only sold gas and potato chips, but also horse saddles, along with any equipment you would need for horseriding! Really. Only in Oklahoma.

Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial

While Elaine was here, we went to the Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial, which was very moving. In fact, it was the most heart-wrenching memorial I've ever seen. Check out their official website here. Here are some images from our trip to the memorial.

Our new apartment

Ok, so we live in the NICEST apartment we've ever had! We're in a brand new two-bedroom apartment in a complex that has a swimming pool, a kiddie pool, a hot tub, exercise room, game room, suntanning beds, clubhouse, meeting room, and free golfing (we live right by the golf course). Salma and I are loving this place!! Here's some photos I stole off the apartment's website, because I haven't had time to take any pictures with my own camera yet.

Beautiful Statues in Norman, Oklahoma

We stopped through Norman, Oklahoma, Wesley's old stomping ground, as we were moving to our new place in Stillwater. Here are some beautiful statues on the University of Oklahoma campus that I couldn't resist taking some photos of.

We've moved to Oklahoma!
