Welcome to my blog!

Hello all,
Welcome to my blog! I created this blog in December of 2006, because I decided it would be easier to update friends and family using a blog rather than sending out emails (plus I can add pictures, which is fun!). But before that I had been sending lots of update emails to friends and family, so I've decided to add those notes I wrote earlier to my blog and post-date them, so I can have a kind of running narrative of my experiences here in Bangladesh. (So that's why there will be not many posts from May to December 2006.) Anyway, enjoy!
